40 units on a point of information, for now, regarding suspicious person with no one to meet with, in front of the Justice Center, 555 South State Street. Callers reporting five juveniles, ages 19 to 20, following a 20 to 30-year-old white male. They were threatening to fight and cut him. However, no weapons were actually seen. The group of juveniles were on bicycles, and they left last seen on Madison past the War Memorial. And the point, 2317. 663, rest.
