635 North Saginaw at Arco Gas. A 7-year-old, white outfit, no shirt and black shorts, and a 10-year-old, white male, wearing a black shirt and black shorts. Looks like they possibly needed help. Caller asked if she could help them, and they took off heading southbound Saginaw.
