138. 38. You guys can check out this 48A, 4086 South High Street. It's a construction, Lincoln Avenue landmark. It is two hours old at this point. Caller was seeing this on a camera. Two people on bikes, possibly dirt bikes, and three people running through the site. Said all the crews leave by 8 p.m. and nobody's supposed to be there. Also, they did advise this is a new development. It's not coming up in the CAD, but county is saying no.
