For the units on 4, getting a ticket to shots fired, 114th and Avenue L, Lincoln. 114 and Avenue L. Caller says she was driving behind a dark gray Jeep and a male black was yelling and screaming at a female inside the vehicle. And caller claims they heard a gunshot from the car. They fled southbound, 114th and Avenue Lincoln. Plates on the vehicle is going to be Eddie King 41326. Eddie King 41326. Plate comes back to 827 East 90th Place. Clear and valid.
