716. 925 West 4th Street. 925 West 4th Street, apartment 2 Echo on the second floor for a disturbance. It's no longer in progress. RP is advising that his roommates came there to get their things and leave. The male, Andrew, he did not know his last name, threatened the RP with a pocket knife and then took some of his property as well. It was physical.
