I have an erratic, possibly 450, driving down Marshall Street, closest cross is Lincoln. The blue Jeep Wrangler, New Jersey plates, Victor 31, Foxtrot, Romeo, Echo. Last seen pulling into the alley, looks like Wesher Alley. The party was all over the road and accelerating erratically. Caller's no longer behind the vehicle, doesn't want to find him.
