neighbor who's reporting at 39 Hudson Road every weekend, they have parties. His concerns were the loud noises, the drinking, the bonfires. He also stated they were doing burnouts sometimes in the road, sometimes in their driveway. He informed the male party that as long as they're following the burning rules and as long as the burnouts are in their driveway, there's no sound ordinance in town. He was still like an officer to swing by there and request.
