I think it's going to roll through 1460 Linwood Avenue. It's going to be a 16 that's rolling from 20-some minutes ago. A blue sedan. Female Asian. Pulled another female Asian into a vehicle by her hair, then took off southbound towards Frevis. Caller couldn't tell the relationship. Looked like a mother and a daughter, but had nothing further.
