I need to reroute you to a priority 1 armed person. Call is coming in for 3533 Liberty Heights Avenue. I have a nameless complainant reporting a male with a bag. People are outside trying to fight. She believes previous officers must know the suspects because they came out and didn't do anything. Black male, 22, no shirt, black sweatpants, black, blue streak in his head. Also have a disorderly holding 14 minutes for the location.
