Any Rampart unit, GTA suspect there now, Clinton and Barando. Suspect vehicle is a possibly 90s white Mitsubishi pickup truck with unknown license plate. Suspect is a male, Hispanic, heavy set, black shorts, black pants. Attempted to load the abandoned red and white motorcycle to his bed. Motorcycle was left abandoned for the location for two days. Code 2, incident 3116.
