2 Adam 32, evening. I'm going to show you en route, Code 3 suspicious person. It's going to be 1101 Hyde Boulevard in the alley. Caller reported a POI is making different and scary noises. It's going to be a white male, mid-40s, early 50s, brown hair, long beard. States that the POI is on the south side of the location in the alley. 1 female. Clear.
