487 attempt at 1602 East Roosevelt Street, the Ranch Market. A 101, unknown description, had a cart full of items and was going to walk out with them without pain, but left the cart at the exit. It is now in a maroon truck driven by a Hispanic male, blue hat, gray t-shirt, blue shorts, no weapons. The book is driving around the parking lot slowly, unknown what they are doing, but are still on the property. One bike police response for 487 Bravo attempt for a 418 Tom.
