721, if you could check the area of Broadway and Waterworks for a possible disorder. Caller said that while passing through, someone possibly threw a rock from the railroad overpass and cracked his windshield. It sounds like he also stopped and spoke with a woman in the area who said she was hit by a rock. Sounds like she lives in the area and this happens often. She was going to be a shorter, older female that was seen walking up the hill checking the overpass. If you could check the area as well, Broadway and Waterworks.721.
