2363 and 2265, up and run. 63. 65. 6005 Robison Road, apartment 3. Call came from Butler County. They got a call advising that they saw a live on TikTok with a male subject with a gun and a knife to the throat of a female. Suspect's going to be a Robert Wetzel, goes by Joker. Complainant advised that they had, they have spoken to her and she seemed okay. No phone numbers for any of them. Any of these subjects.
