3333 East Michigan Ave, 3333 East Michigan Ave at Meijer for a shoplifting in progress. It's a black male, wearing a black t-shirt, basketball shorts with dreads, has an ankle monitor on his right leg. Last night he just walked out the GM doors, said that he was looking for his wife, appeared to be alone in the store. He's last seen northbound Bigelow towards the gas station. Complainant did get the merchandise back, however, was still out of contact.
