421, South Chicago 21. 421. 421, a theft in progress at the Citgo Gas Station, 8300 South Stony Island. The clerk, Abrahams Collins, said two male, black teenagers, one wearing all black, the other wearing gray and black, have been stealing from the business and trespassed, refusing to leave.
