327, 326, start for a suspicious person, Main Street and Carraway Road. Main Street and Carraway at the Hanna-Moore Park. James is the caller. Says there was a male subject acting strange. Said that he climbed a tree with a book bag in the middle of the playground. Subject is wearing all black. This happened about five minutes ago.
