Going to be northbound 23 at Earhart. Caller said there was a maroon Ford Focus swerving all over the road, driving under the speed limit, hit the embankment and continued on, plate of Lincoln 1450. Last seen pulling over the near, near the Earhart overpass and the passenger is seen to be getting out of the vehicle.
