Alright, caller states around 1900 last night, parked his blue CRV in front of 165 Delaware. About an hour in the past right now. They just noticed that the vehicle was tampered with. Looks like the ignition was punched. They did clean up everything. Nothing of evidentiary value at this time. There are cameras in the residence. We're going to check that out right now. Just notified supervisor.
