Fight disturbance, 16th Street and Arthur C. Storrs Expressway. 16th and Arthur C. Storrs Expressway. It's going to be at the Dollar General. Passerby states four or five parties fighting. Black female, afro, last seen wearing a pink shirt and shorts. Mix of males and females involved. Did not see any obvious injuries. No weapon taken or drugs seen. Parties who are possibly throwing eggs.
