-Go ahead. Let me check the area, this just occurred. 12 under now, 21st and Y. Caller says that there was a 40-year-old White male, blonde, no shirt and shorts, and a 40-year-old White female, white shirt and torn dark leggings that are wandering around the neighborhood, pulling grass and flowers from people's yard. Both seem to be very 74 and a weapon seen. Caller just went to area checked. 21 and Y Young, on foot, unknown direction of travel. Received.
