Lincoln Park units, we're going to have a suspicious, 1429 St. John. Male and female entered the building and went into the basement. It's a White female wearing an orange shirt and red skirt, White male wearing a blue jersey, walking southbound 4, carrying book bags, unknown weapons, unknown if anything is missing.
