Respond to the Roosevelt Park Pavilion, 130 East Forest Street. We have a 14-year-old caller on the line advising that a grown man approached him and tried to take his skateboard from him, called him a rude name, and attempted to snap the board from him. He also threatened to beat him up. He's described as a male, White, approximately 30 years of age, with a beard, sunglasses, arm-sleeved tattoos, wearing khaki shorts. We're still gathering.
