24 and 23, 1121 Goodland Avenue. The caller is being harassed and threatened by their neighbor, who's yelling at him now over a parking issue. Also threatening to assault the male partner who's working on the caller's house. Suspects have male back in his case wearing a white shirt and pajama pants. 1121 Goodland.
