It's a hazard on, excuse me, 33 and Madison, in the northbound lanes. There's a broken water valve, a large hole in the street. Engine 2 and Medic 2. Currently coming out of the water valve. Medical Delta, respond. Northbound lane, 33 and Madison. At 2405 North 50th Street, Unit 4. Respond on TAC 6. Engine 2 and Medic 2, respond to Zone 111. Medical Delta.
