1115. 1115, assault just occurred. Thomas and Pulaski, Pulaski and Thomas. Male Hispanic verbally threatened the caller and his friend, saying that he will shoot them. Caller is a community activist in a green vest with a radio, gray shirt, gray pants. The offender is a male Hispanic with a gray shirt, black shorts, went inside of the apartment complex. No visible firearms, no further.
