Traffic out there in the area of Grantline Road at Pillsbury Lane. Grantline Road and Pillsbury Lane. Railroad crossing arm is down and stuck. We have vehicles going into oncoming traffic, trying to get around it. CSX has been notified. We're waiting on an ETA.
