301 West 4 at the Covington Tobacco for a suspicious subject. Caller's advising a male, white and a red t-shirt and jeans. Was walking around the building, seems disoriented. We have another call from Speedway on 4th Street for a male, similar description. Advising he took a bag full of items left on foot. 22, clear.
