733 Edward, copy a message for the 651 Adam, 1734 West Glenrosa Ave. It's in the front unit, a light brown pit bull that's tied up and no food or water received. It's been out there for at least two hours. Male in a 21, Hispanic, male in his 40s, thin, 5'8", with a black shirt, green shorts, short hair, no known weapons. Gave the dog water, but the complainant is still requesting you guys. Says that they're tying up dogs. It's illegal. The only one contacted, 1722.
