Disturbance, 5221 South 48 at Sutter Place Mall. Contacting the building owner, Chris. Said that 15 to 20 ago, a 45-year-old male, red hair, baseball bat, baseball jersey, excuse me, was loitering around, made party cry. He's no longer on location. He's been holding for about two hours now.
