Engine 41, Medic 41, respond on a medical at Porter Apartments, 505 Townsend Street. 505 Townsend Street, apartment 414, on the South Capitol Ave at Townsend Street, for a 26-year-old male, difficulty in breathing. Advising he's passing out every time he tries to get out of bed. He is currently conscious and breathing, and is advising that the door is not unlocked, and he's unable to get to the door.
