Welfare is going to be at Casey's, 331 East Edwardsville Road. Called in by an employee advising of a male subject in a red Chevy Spark parked under the tree on the side of the building. He was seen backing his head on the steering wheel and then sitting there with his eyes closed. Not sure if he's having a mental episode or some sort of health issue.
