Cross west to the liquor company, 1600 Patrick Street Plaza. Caller's in a boat on the river. Said that right off the bank in front of this location in the water, he believes he found a deceased person. Fire department's being dispatched as well. He said it's going to be right off the bank here. He's going to wait by it.
