Radio 163, 165. 63, stop. 165. I want you guys loaded up. I'll start you for this 33 at the main library, 96 South Grant. Male's in a cafe threatening to 43 people. Male, black, gray shirt and pants, and a male, black, red shirt, black pants. The one with the red shirt has a ski mask on his head, jeans, and black-red shoes as well. And they did see a 33 on him walking between the patio and the cafe. 6-5.
