2722, a report of a pedestrian. They're 1125 on the Center Divide, Carmel Valley Road at Carmel Rancho Boulevard near the Lucky's. 16 years of age, BFA, last seen wearing a pink top and crop jeans. Her hair is in two buns. Trying to stall items out of her backpack and stopping vehicles as they pass by. She steps off the curb and the center median to stop vehicles.
