Sir, we have an animal complaint at Dick's Sporting Goods, 4399 Kent Road, 4399 Kent Road. The caller is calling because someone attempted to run over a group of seagulls in the parking lot. He says it's attempted animal cruelty, and he wants an officer to respond.
