Head Dollar Tree, 601 West Milwaukee, 601 West Milwaukee. RV said there's a male, approximately 20 years old, sitting out front of the store. Appears like he might have been crying. He has a blue towel around his shoulders, male, white, brown, short hair, unknown clothing description, just sitting against the building. Advise on a second.
