I'm receiving a signal 14, no complainant, 2401 Southwest 6th Avenue at the Forest Lawn Cemetery. She's advising that the subject that worked for Downtown Horse and Carriage is currently at the 1020. White male named Joseph Frank Movano should have warrants for traffic and unpaid child support, and he drives vehicles illegally. Advise on that?
