Radio broadcasting information all the way from CHP. It's going to be advising of a male on the freeway, embankment of Chestnut on-ramp. It's going to be westbound 180, holding a firearm. White male with a baseball hat, white and tan shirt, holding a black firearm, possibly rifle. RP advised it looks like a short barrel, shotgun. Kept pointing it upwards. Info only for Chestnut at 180 westbound.
