Of the victim's vehicle, it's going to be a white Jeep Cherokee, Frank Charles Frank 5009. That vehicle was getting chased by the two vehicles, the red car and a gray car. The red one's at partial plate in the area of Gresh at 7 Mile, prior to the shots being fired. Also, they were running around the neighborhood in that area of 7 and Hayes. 14, thank you.
