I have a traffic hazard at Darrow and Kent, Darrow Road and Kent Road. I have a caller reporting that a piece of pavement is sitting in the roadway. Afraid that a car is going to hit it. Break. Go ahead. I'm not sure if they're referring to a manhole cover or not. They're saying a square piece of something sitting on the pavement. Copy. 1137, break for so, 77.
