12 and 13 for 10-11. It's a security check at 425 Elmwood, cross of 9th and Baywood. RP stated homeless people are in his bedroom trying to steal his radio. He is diagnosed schizophrenic, and we have a lot of similar calls from him. He's home with his mom and brother.
