151, respond medical to the Walmart, South Orange Blossom Trail at 5734 South Orange Blossom Trail. 50-year-old female, awake and breathing. Patient previously passed out, is now just needing a check on well-being. The CSO is on scene. Scene is secure. The CSO deputy is with the patient at the front entrance to the Walmart. 10-11.
