South 16 1⁄2. Alright, 21, 5 February, South 16 1⁄2 Street, two-vehicle accident, one entrapped in the vehicle, unknown if anyone was injured. They were reporting one driver appeared intoxicated. Individuals involved were also probably fighting. RPD was notified. It's supposed to be a light blue Honda and a black Toyota Camry. 0935.
