Medic 6721, responding, 0932 811 Main Street. It's a 38-year-old female jumping out of the second floor window, is conscious with an injury to the arm. Patient is laying in the yard. The patient was in a mental health facility two months ago. Caller is inside the house still because there's two young children. and stating he cannot call outside because he doesn't want to leave the kids in the house.
