All 3 swam to safety. One with a dislocated shoulder and the other 2 with minor injuries in fair condition. No one died.

How did that happen? I could’ve sworn there is railing between the water and expressway?
Wow, it’s a straight drop so how did they get out of the sinking car to swim anywhere? And then how did they pull the car back up out of the water from the bottom? And why bother?
