I want to correct something in my coverage of the pursuit. Citizen had video of a traffic collision at 55th and Normandie. I thought the address was wrong, and that video was of the Volkswagen on its side. Later I looked more closely and discovered it was a Honda on its side. A neighbor called me out on my mistake and I apologized. But I could not correct my pursuit coverage because I had been blocked by somebody. That happens a lot recently. I complain to Citizen but get no response.

Code four on the pursuit. All four burglary suspects are now in LAPD custody. LAPD is breaking down containment. Traffic should be back to normal shortly. Give K9 time to put the dogs back into their trucks. The command post at 55th and Hoover will remain blocked for another half hour.

One suspect just ran from officers at 53rd and Hoover. Officers quickly grabbed him in the alley. Officers were ordered to hold their position. The new suspect was wearing a male black wearing a red shirt and gray shorts. Comparing the video of the crash to see if he is the last suspect.
