We've got a caller in the drive-thru at the Wendy's, 633 South Gammon Road here, reporting that the manager refuses to give him his money back, and now the caller refuses to leave the property. He is still in the drive-thru line in a black Chevy Malibu. I believe he described himself to be a white, heavy set male wearing glasses.
