Initial assignment en route for smoke in a building. 4401 Portland Avenue in the lower unit. MAP 217 echo. Caller advised this is smoke from cooking, burnt food. Can't get their alarms to turn off. And possible smoke condition. Needs assistance with ventilation. Temperature 69 degrees with a 4 mile an hour wind over the west at 2343.
