This bike gang has been here for years. There have been 1-3 deaths due to lack of security and huge gatherings. The ride at all hours of the night. Imagine going to sleep on time only for the loud motors of the bikes disturbing your sleeping at 2 am. A lot of blocks here don’t like the disturbance. Also when they run out of parking and taking up the whole street. They use drive ways to park.
